The event aims to reach end consumers by allowing them to test the products and purchase retail items, in order to explore consumer needs and behaviors. Additionally, Sri Lankan businesspeople/importers will be invited to the opening ceremony and to visit the event to build business networks with Thai entrepreneurs for future collaboration. The event will comprise of two main sections:

1. Exhibition Area
- Booths displaying products from Thai entrepreneurs or representatives/importers of Thai products in Sri Lanka, totaling 30 booths.
- Information/activities booth by DITP and Team Thailand.

2. Opening Ceremony and Special Activities
- Opening ceremony
- Thai cooking demonstrations
- Thai cultural performances such as traditional dance or music
